Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shopiva. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Our goal is to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to one of our trusted logistics partners. During periods of high demand, order processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location. For most orders, delivery typically takes between 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some orders may arrive earlier, while others may take slightly longer depending on shipping conditions.
Shipping Locations
Shopiva currently ships across India. In the future, we may expand shipping services to additional countries and regions.
Certain products may have limited shipping availability depending on the supplier and delivery destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Occasionally, we may offer promotional campaigns that include free shipping on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available in the courier system.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• High order volumes
• Courier or logistics partner delays
• Weather conditions or natural disruptions
• Transportation or operational issues
• Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)
• National holidays or regional restrictions
Shopiva is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or lost.
Shopiva cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Shopiva is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the courier service. However, we will do our best to assist customers in contacting the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country’s customs regulations. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Shopiva.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to the supplier or courier facility. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the item.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and therefore cannot be modified or canceled.
